Our Impact
At PREMA, we’re proud of the meaningful strides we’ve made in promoting mental health and well-being for youth. To date, we have served over 10,000 students, empowering them to manage stress and build emotional resilience. We’ve also served more than 1,000 at-risk youth, offering them tailored support and access to meditation app subscriptions to foster mindfulness in their daily lives. Additionally, our team has created and hosted over 300 workshops on mental well-being, helping teenagers and young adults develop skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
